Unlike estate agents we do not work on a “no sale, no fee” basis. If the transaction does not proceed for whatever reason you still have to pay our charges for the work we have carried out on your behalf. We offer abortive insurance on purchases to cover our fee, survey and lender’s fees.
The premium for this insurance is only £39.90 when purchased alongside the usual search bundle.
